Product

Everything you need to design, render, and produce a trade-show booth

DRP Booth Designer is a purpose-built platform for exhibitors, designers, print vendors, and contractors. From selecting your floor plan to downloading numbered production panels, every step is handled in one connected workspace.

How It Works

From blank floor plan to production-ready artwork in four steps

Production files are generated automatically once artwork is approved.

Select the floor area and booth type that matches your show allocation. DRP builds the floor plan and calculates the approximate number of printable panels automatically. Every measurement can be confirmed or adjusted before artwork begins.

Print Production

Artwork built around real printable panels

Modular trade-show booths are assembled from individual wall panels—not printed as a single sheet. DRP manages every panel as its own artboard, with exact dimensions, bleed, trim, and safe-zone guides. A common starting panel size is approximately 950 × 2340 mm. Every measurement can be edited to match the specific exhibition system.

Brand more than the walls

Every printable surface at the booth can be designed and exported as its own correctly sized, preflight-checked file.

Counter Surfaces

Reception-counter front, wide greeting-desk front, counter side panels, counter top where supported.

Fascia & Overhead

Top fascia frame in 1 m, 2 m, full-width, or custom dimensions. Hanging sign where supported.

Display Surfaces

Product-display plinths, brochure stand inserts, and any custom-dimensioned surface the booth requires.

Image Quality

Stop blurry graphics before they reach the printer

DRP calculates the effective image resolution at the actual printed size of every panel—not how the artwork looks on screen. Vector artwork (SVG, PDF, EPS) passes without pixelation. Raster images must reach 150 PPI or higher at final size. Note: Not responsible for on location print issues.

Print Ready

Resolution meets or exceeds 150 PPI at final size. Safe zone clear. No content crosses panel joins.

Review Recommended

Resolution is close to the minimum. Text or logos approach the safe-zone boundary or a panel seam.

Blocked — Action Required

Resolution too low, content outside safe zone, or dimensions not confirmed. File cannot be approved until corrected.

Download & Handoff

One organized package for production

When artwork is approved, DRP assembles a complete, clearly named download package. Hand it directly to your printer or production company without repackaging, renaming, or chasing missing files.

FAQ

Common questions about DRP

Are all exhibition wall panels the same size?

No. Many shell-scheme systems use similar panel sizes, but exact visible dimensions vary. DRP provides common starting sizes and allows every measurement to be confirmed or edited before artwork is approved.

Can one image cover several panels?

Yes. Continuous-wall mode creates one master design and automatically splits it into aligned, numbered panel files — preserving image alignment across every join.

Can every panel have different artwork?

Yes. Individual-panel mode allows each panel to contain its own logo, image, product, headline, and background — all managed as separate artboards.

Can I add artwork to the counter and top frame?

Yes. Counter fronts, counter sides, fascia sections, and other printable accessories can each be designed and exported as their own correctly sized, preflight-checked files.

Is the AI rendering also the printer artwork?

No. The rendering is produced for realistic visualization and approval. The production workspace creates dimensionally accurate, bleed-correct panel files intended for printing.

What files can be downloaded?

Approved projects export exact-size PDFs, SVG files, high-resolution JPG previews, numbered panel artwork, and an organized ZIP package containing all approved surfaces.

Your next tool for success is at your fingertips.

DRP handles every step — so your team can focus on the show.
